Karin co-founded the Timothy Ministry Training program, a Bible College near Cape Town in 2001 where she not only taught and traveled extensively across southern Africa but also wrote and produced several musical productions creatively reaching a next generation with the Gospel. 

 

From 2008 Jurie & Karin led in Doxa Deo Church in Pretoria, South Africa. Seeing God multiply the church numerically and into multiple sites and church plants. It was during this season that Karin not only saw her local Women's ministry flourish and reach the city through Women's Conferences but also started speaking at several of the premier conferences on the African continent. In 2018 they reimagined church as they planted 5twelve City Church for the largely unreached urban core of Austin, Texas. 

 

Though Karin has ministered in many countries on 3 continents, in several unique settings, her greatest point of ministry remains their two sons, Josh & Ethan. May they change the world in ways we can only dream of.
